Petra posing in one of three pairs of glasses kindly
donated to me by my partner Nel who is a myope
in the double digits herself. She bought these Luxotica
glasses after dry eyes forced her to give up the contact
lenses she had been wearing for about two decades.
Nel has a great taste for choosing frames and when she
returned to glasses, she came to pick out glasses that
show rather than hide. These Luxotica glasses were
kept at the safe side, but the shape of the frame is
refined. Astrid posed in these glasses during her last
of four photo shoots, just after Nel gave them to me.
It's great to see Petra posing in them now
