This gorgeous portrait of wide eyed Farishta
concludes the section about the bifocals triology.
Some final remarks about the three bifocals shown
by Farishta. The glasses all show considerable
wear and tear, indicating full time use for many
years. It's interesting to see the refinement of
the later glasses compared to the earliest pair of
heavy weights, especially the reading segments
which are far more discrete. A longitudinal time
capsule covering almost two decades in the life
of the first owner of the bifocals. The changes in
her prescription would lead me to beleive that she
had less than 100% vision. Anyway, her choice of
glasses was excellent and this is illustrated in a
splendid way by Farishta's wonderful modeling
