Astrid in Lygo glasses acquired in one of the many
friendly charity shops at the English south coast,
some ten years ago.
Seen from this angle, the lenses don't seem thicker
than the frame, but "en profil" the frame is five
millimeters thick and the lenses are half an inch
in thickness (12-13 mm)
