Astrid has an amazing ability to pose in glasses
with all sorts of dioptric strength and still look
natural in them. The field was not an ideal place
to spread out all the glasses and use them in an
arranged sequence, so she just picked out of the
box what happened to be on top

These Ralph Lauren glasses were in a box with
twenty glasses, kindly donated by a glasses
collector from London

These 1980's Preciosa bifocals were not featured
in my earlier photo shoots so we decided to give
them a try. The mellowing effect of the frame is
quite nice
