These glasses were bought for a few coppers at
an Amsterdam street fair (queen's birthday) in
the 1990's. The seller was a lady who had switched
to contacts and she was happy to get rid of her old
glasses: "Far too big now!". I was happy to add her
glasses to my collection and now Farishta is giving
them their second life, if only for some portraits
