It's all a matter of opinion, but in my view these
Beate Rodenstock glasses are a fine match. They
mark the brief transition period between the big
frames of the 1970's / 1980's and the retro era
that was soon to follow. In Holland the change was
quite abrupt whereas in Germany the 1990's were
a decade of gradual transition
