Like the Flair glasses, this pair of myodiscs was
used by Nel during her very first photo shoot.
The Rx is less than one diopter off, so Nel was
able to tell about the particular effects of blended
myodiscs from her side of the lenses. A major
disadvantage are the vivid, ghostly images when
the eyes are not pointed towards the very center
of the corrective bowl. This, I suppose, is something
one really has to get used to. Nevertheless, Nel made
a great appearance in these glasses at the catwalk
during the opening of the exhibition, moving with
ease and looking confident, just as if they were her
own glasses. Great!
