Marleen back into the "en face" position at the
start of this series in Flair Lentilux glasses. This
is what their first owner must have seen in the
mirror. No power rings, no "cut in" effect. Only
the minification of the eyes gives a hint that these
are quite strong glasses indeed. The lips serve as
a sort of counter weight, seeming magnified in
portraits like this.
These Flair glasses will probably be shown by my
model Carla during the catwalk at the opening of the
exhibition "Ladies behind crystal veil". Carla did a
test and she certainly looked quite sure of herself.
Yesterday, Nel and I bought a red carpet and cut it
into long strokes, creating a 20 meter "railroad" that
indicates the catwalk trail to be kept free by the
spectators. It will be of great help to the models and
especially Carla when she does the catwalk in these
superb Flair myodiscs, some ten diopters above her
own Rx. To be continued....
