Marleen kindly obliged when I asked her to lower
her head and show the position of the bowls in the
lenses. The bottom centimeter of the glasses was
of no practical use for their first owner as it's all
filled by the carrier lens.

The bowl projects a shade on the model's face while
the surrounding carrier lens produces a contrasting
bright colour
