Alain from Paris was a great source of inspiration
for me when I started my weblog. During the
photo shoot with Mieke, one of his early portraits
with Laetitia sprang to my mind. She had some
trouble at focussing behind glasses - no doubt -
far beyond her own Rx and he smartly gave her
a mobile phone to chat away. All of a sudden, the
strain in her eyes disappeared and the following
moments produced some of the highlights in his
entire work.
There was no need for Mieke and myself to talk
through the phone here as she could see me quite
well, but the invisible mobile phone adds nicely
to this portrait as well....
