I call these the "Purple Lady" glasses. Back in
1971 I had a brief acquaintance with a student
and she had the same glasses. I wrote a song
called "Purple Lady" in honour of her. In the
1980's I came across these glasses at the
Amsterdam flea market and recognized them
straightaway. I don't know whether these are
"her" glasses, but her Rx was very similar.
Sweet memories....
